It is a thrill to work with people to achieve their best! I cherish the opportunity to get acquainted with my patients and their families as we work to achieve their most beautiful smile!
During my youth, I also developed a love for working with my hands while working for my father’s construction company. Orthodontics has been a wonderful outlet for my mechanical skills, artistic judgment, and love of interacting with people!
I was raised in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Munster High School. I have B.S. in Biological Sciences, a D.D.S. degree, and Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics all from Indiana University. I continue my involvement with I.U. by serving as a volunteer Faculty Member at the Dental School teaching senior dental students.
Our team is in a continual search for new and innovative treatment approaches. We enjoy treating the simplest and very complex cases with the most comfortable and efficient methods available.
I participate in two local dental study clubs that focus on diagnosis, treatment planning and solving the most challenging dental cases. I also travel throughout the country to attend continuing education courses on a variety of topics including Invisalign, Computerized Orthodontics, and new braces designs. I have recently accepted an invitation to serve on a Clinical Advisory Panel for an international orthodontic supply company that refines and develops new products for orthodontists.
Amy and I have been married since 1988. We are the proud parents of four amazing daughters named Sophie, Emily, Olivia, and Sammi. We attend St. Thomas More Church in Munster.
When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me cheering on my daughters at dance competitions and soccer matches, playing soccer in local adult leagues, or cycling with friends. I am also team dentist for the Munster Athletic Programs and Public Address announcer for the Lady Mustangs Soccer Program.
